• Each and every steak is hand selected, we don't send out a single steak unless it meats the high-quality standards of "Hook and Hoof".
  

• Every steak is hand wrapped, stamped with Hook and Hoof's seal after packaging.
  

• Grocery stores freeze and unfreeze their products over and over. With Hook and Hoof, it is frozen only once and delivered to your door.
  

• All of our saltwater seafood is frozen aboard the vessel, ensuring freshness
  

• Our freshwater seafood is all line or net caught, and frozen on-site.
  

• Our poultry is fresh, free of anti-biotics

• We have a rotating menu at "Hook and Hoof", which adds excitement to the menu but also ensures freshness and variety
  

• We have ranches in Colorado, Montana, Idaho and Wisconsin where we source our beef.
  

• Our bison comes from ranches in Colorado and Illinois
  

• Our saltwater seafood all comes from the Pacific Northwest. Our freshwater seafood comes from a variety of streams and lakes across the US.
  

• Our poultry comes from a variety of producers, always free range. Sometimes our rarer poultry, such as our pheasant, are large, netted forest-farms where the birds can live their lives as they would in the wild.

Our Story

• Hook and Hoof is the creation of it's two owners, one is a ranch-to-consumer meat connoisseur with over 25 years of experience in the business, the other a Marine veteran with lifelong experiece in the ranching, hunting and fishing industries.

• These two friends embarked on a journey of excellence in meat-to-consumer sales once they realized that, with their combined experience, they could serve people across the US with the highest-quality protein they have ever enjoyed, and from there: Hook and Hoof was born.
  

• We take quality seriously at Hook and Hoof. With discipline and attention-to-details, we have created Hook and Hoof, the ultimate ranch-to-kitchen enterprise. We are excited to prove to you what "quality" truly means, and excited to engage in the good health of our local communities.
